In-person sessions are at my office at #355-1627 Fort Street (near the Oak Bay junction). Phone and online sessions are also available. Online sessions are by Zoom. EMDR therapy is provided in-person only.
Most extended health plans help cover the fees for a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Please check your plan to confirm. I do not provide direct billing to insurance companies. I provide receipts for your payments, which you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
